Urgent pest problem in Lockport? Get help today
Wasps by the front door. A rat in the kitchen. Bed bugs the day before company arrives. Say it's urgent on the form and we bump you to the front of the line.
What counts as a pest emergency
Most pest problems can wait a day or two. These usually can't — and they're the calls we prioritize.
Stinging insects near a doorway or play area
Wasps in the wall by the front porch, hornets under the deck, bees at the swing set. Anywhere you or a child could get stung without warning is a same-day call for us.
Rodents in a food-prep area
Mice in the kitchen, rat droppings on the counter, chewed cereal boxes. Rodents contaminate food and gnaw wiring — the risk climbs fast, so does the smell.
A visible cockroach problem before guests
You're hosting Sunday and the roaches came out at 2 a.m. Say when guests arrive on the form and we'll build a plan that hits the worst of it in one visit.
Bed bug bites on someone in the house
Fresh bites, dark specks on the sheet, a musty smell in the bedroom. Every night you wait, the eggs hatch. This is one of the fastest-moving pest problems there is.
Allergic reaction risk (kids, elderly, immunocompromised)
Anyone in the home who reacts to stings or is at higher medical risk from droppings and dander gets escalated automatically. Tell us on the form.
A landlord or property manager on the clock
Tenant complaint, health inspector coming, sale closing this week. We can bill the landlord and send a written treatment report the same day.
While you wait for the callback
These are safe, sensible things to do in the first hour after you send the form. None of them are a fix — they just reduce risk until we arrive.
Wasps or hornets
Move kids and pets to the other side of the house. Do not spray a nest yourself if it's near a doorway or roof line — you get one shot with a can and a swarm response is worse than the original problem.
Rats or mice
Take food out of open containers, empty the trash, wipe up crumbs, close the pet food overnight. Snap traps along a wall work better than in the middle of the floor — but a real fix seals the entry point.
Roaches
Do not spray. Roaches scatter and lay more egg cases when they feel a threat, so a home store spray usually makes the visible problem worse before it gets better. Wait for the plan.
Bed bugs
Do not move the mattress to another room — you'll spread eggs. Bag the sheets in plastic and dryer them on high for 45 minutes. Vacuum the seams of the mattress, empty the bag outside, then wait.
Ants
Wipe the trail with soapy water to disrupt the scent. Do not use a spray that kills on contact — the worker ants stop returning to the nest, which is where the treatment needs to reach.
Any pest
Take one or two clear photos on your phone. It shortens the callback and helps us bring the right products the first time. If it's dead, a photo in a plastic bag is fine too.
What "same-day" honestly looks like
We don't promise a time on the form because we don't know what's on today's schedule until we read your details.
What we do promise: your details reach a real person who calls you back on the number you enter — usually within a couple hours during the day. If we can get to you the same day, we say so. If it has to be tomorrow, we tell you that on the same call, so you're not left refreshing your phone.
- Urgent tag on the form moves you to the top of the callback list.
- We give you the plan and the price before dispatch, not after.
- If we genuinely can't help fast enough, we say so — instead of stringing you along.
What to have ready for the callback
- What pest — or your best guess.
- Where you're seeing it (kitchen, attic, siding).
- How long it's been happening.
- How many people and pets are in the home.
- Whether anyone has an allergy or reacts to stings.
- Your address in Lockport or the nearby town.
